How orders ship, and what to do if something isn't right.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Pre-orders and made-to-order items take longer; the expected timing is noted on the product page. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.
Transit, delays, and damage
Once an order leaves us, delivery times are in the carrier's hands and can vary. If your order is lost, badly delayed, or arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Returns and exchanges
- For hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns on skincare that has been opened or used.
- Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we refund the cost of the items once they reach us.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, and you won't need to ship anything back.
Starting a return
Email mary@humblehousewives.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
