Shipping policy

At Humble Housewives, we're just as eager to get our products into your hands as you are to receive them! Depending on the item you've ordered, we have different shipping times to ensure you know when to expect your package(s). We always strive to adhere to these times, though occasional delays may occur. Depending on what you've ordered, we may ship your products in multiple packages so that your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible!

Here's a breakdown of our usual shipping times for various product categories:

Oils, Salves, Herbs & Other Provisions:

  • In-stock oils, salves and herbs ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items have longer processing times (see the product page for details).
  • Your beautiful bottles and tins will be wrapped carefully inside a sturdy box to help ensure they arrive safely.

Books:

  • Paperback books usually take up to 5 business days to print and prepare for shipping.
  • Hardcover books may take a bit longer, with a typical printing time of up to 10 business days.
  • Books ship together, separately from other types of products. If you ordered hardcovers together with paperbacks, please expect the 10 business day processing time.

Art Prints:

  • Giclée prints are professionally printed within 2-4 business days.
  • Canvases require a little more time, usually taking 5-7 business days for printing before shipment.
  • Small prints are shipped safely in a clear bag with a board, then secured in a sturdy shipping mailer.
  • For larger prints, we use tissue and kraft paper to carefully roll them up, then pack them in a strong shipping art tube to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Art prints are shipped separately from other items.

Tapestries:

  • Wall tapestries typically take up to 7 business days to create and prepare for shipping.
  • Tapestries ship separately from other items in your order.

Blankets:

  • Our cozy blankets are made-to-order and take 2-5 business days to create before they're ready to leave the facility.
  • Blankets ship separately from other items.

Apparel:

  • Our clothing items are crafted with care and generally take 2-5 business days to create before they're ready to be shipped.
  • Apparel may ship separately from other items so that we can get them to you as soon as they're made.

Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimated and may take longer during busy times. Rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling your orders as efficiently as possible.
