These terms apply to every purchase made through humblehousewives.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering and order acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once it is accepted. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, though a change will not affect an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, and any sales tax is added where required.

Handmade variation

Our products are made by hand in small batches. Slight differences in color, scent, and texture from one batch to the next are normal and are not defects — they come with natural ingredients and small-scale making.

Use of our products

Our products are for external use only. We recommend a patch test before first use, and stopping use if irritation occurs. They are cosmetics, not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor first.

The text, photographs, formulas, and artwork on this site belong to Humble Housewives and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Our products are provided as described. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Humble Housewives is not liable for losses beyond the value of the product purchased. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
